The wide bodied TF is the latest addition to the Findhorn family. In essence the car is the same as the standard Findhorn NGTF, but with a modified body for increased driving comfort and usability.

The body has been stretched at the back to give extra width through the rear half of the car, allowing for wider seats and increased shoulder space, resulting in a more comfortable and spacious drive for taller, broader drivers.

Coupled with this, doors have also been integrated into the body to increase accessibility. The doors themselves are built into the body mould from scratch, giving many advantages over an aftermarket addition: factory precision ensures a good door fit first time, without filling and sanding; the two skin doors provide extra strength and a gel coat finish on inside and out; and fixing points for the hinge and catch are integrated into both body and door.

The extra strengthening around the door area also has the crucial affect of increasing body stiffness and strength, which would otherwise be lost by the door cut, and thereby reducing the chassis flexure to a minimum.

The styling of the car remains essentially unchanged and it will still be finished to the highest standard with a fully fitted interior, tonneau and hood, with side screens designed to hinge open with the doors.
